Job summary

SpringHill Suites Logan is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee the hotel’s front office and accounting functions in Logan, Utah. You will coordinate property activities, interface with the GM, and ensure policy adherence while directing the Front Office Manager to uphold guest service standards.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and solid experience in front desk operations and accounting management within a hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Able to communicate accurately and effectively in verbal and written form with guests and associates.
• Experience in Front Office and Accounting Management.
• Computer experience on PMS systems and a working knowledge of manual front desk procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, administer, direct and manage all property activities with specific responsibilities for Accounting and Front Office Management.
• Interface with General Manager with regards to all property activities to ensure adherence to hotel and company policies and/or procedures.
• Direct and supervise Front Office Manager to ensure high standards of guest service and accuracy in all phases of the front office operations.
