Parking Management Company (PMC) is seeking a Door Attendant to provide exceptional guest service, assist with luggage, and coordinate transportation needs. You will support the front desk and valet teams, contributing to a welcoming, professional atmosphere that enhances the guest experience.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and the ability to stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in parking, hospitality, or customer service beneficial.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required; maintain clean background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with luggage handling and support during check-in/check-out to ensure a smooth, welcoming experience.
• Provide concierge support by promptly handling requests and offering recommendations.
• Maintain the lobby and bell stand area, ensuring organization and a positive guest impression.
• Uphold safety and security by following proper procedures and monitoring the entrance area.
• Attend staff meetings and complete required training modules; flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
