Job summary

Rancho Valencia Resort is seeking a Housekeeping Room Attendant to ensure the cleanliness of guest rooms, patios, and entry areas. The role includes deep cleaning, towels and linen replacement, and maintaining high standards of service and teamwork.

The position requires prior housekeeping experience, flexibility on weekends/holidays, and ability to work quickly in a fast-paced resort environment. English communication with guests and staff is essential.

• Prior housekeeping experience required.

• Ability to communicate in English with vendors, guests and staff to their understanding.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments.
• Replace guest amenities and supplies in rooms.
• Make beds and fold terry; clean bathrooms.
• Vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties.
• Follow Rancho Valencia Resort guidelines and standards; safety and security policies.
