Job summary

Sudest Homes seeks a Front Office Specialist to be the first contact for guests, delivering outstanding service via phone, email, and OTA messaging. The role emphasizes digital communication and efficient reservation management with limited in-person interaction.

The ideal candidate will master Google Workspace, basic CRM, and hotel PMS tooling, including OTA extranets, while collaborating on marketing texts in Italian and English.

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication skills (C2).
• Strong digital skills and ability to use Google Workspace and CRMs.
• Experience with hotel management systems or PMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer guest inquiries via phone, email, and OTA messaging.
• Manage Google Workspace and CRM tasks efficiently.
• Oversee OTA extranet environments and automated messaging.
• Assist in market promotion for Italian and English texts with copywriters.
• Prepare data for authorities and reporting as required.
