Job summary

Chicken Salad Chick in Johns, Alabama is hiring a Team Member to work directly with guests and fellow team members across Service, Sandwich Line, and Production. You will complete CSCU training to flawlessly execute duties and embrace our 10 Non-Negotiables.

The role emphasizes delivering a superb guest experience, maintaining safety and cleanliness, operating the POS, and supporting teammates. You will be expected to attend meetings, follow brand standards, and help ensure smooth restaurant

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must be at least 16 years of age or older.
• Previous restaurant or retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Offer every guest a superb experience and greet them warmly.
• Support and assist fellow team members whenever possible.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area according to standards.
• Operate POS system for taking and charging orders, including cash and cards.
• Restock and keep dining and prep areas clean and orderly.
• Attend scheduled meetings and follow brand standards during shifts.
