P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, Inc. is hiring immediate full-time or part-time hourly servers for dine-in service. You will deliver hospitality, explain menu items, take orders, and process payments to create an exceptional dining experience.

No prior experience required—we train you. We offer competitive pay ($2.83/hour + tips), flexible scheduling, paid on-the-job training, meal discounts, advancement opportunities, and benefits based on hours worked.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable, or we will help you obtain.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Understands the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and able to answer guest’s questions.
• Guides guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments.
• Understands restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant.
