Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is seeking dine-in food and beverage servers (waitresses/waiters) for immediate openings, full-time or part-time. No prior experience required; training provided to get you ready for day one.

The role pays $5.50/hour plus tips with flexible scheduling, paid on-the-job training, opportunities for advancement, and discounted meals. Compliance benefits apply for eligible teammates, including 401(k) and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is not required; we will train you.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to execute sanitation and safety procedures.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable, or we will help you obtain.

Responsibilities

• Delivers hospitality experience to guests by anticipating and exceeding expectations.
• Understands the menu and engages guests on item choices.
• Guides guests through dining, takes and serves orders, and processes payments.
• Understands seating layout and server area assignments in the restaurant.
