Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring immediate full-time or part-time hourly Servers in our dine-in team. No prior experience is required—we provide on-the-job training to help you deliver a warm, guest-focused experience.

You’ll learn the menu, assist guests with selections, take and serve orders, and process payments while maintaining excellent sanitation and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to follow sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Have a current Food Handler’s Card or we will help you obtain.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivers hospitality experience by anticipating and exceeding guest expectations.
• Understands the menu to engage guests and answer questions.
• Guides guests through dining, takes and serves orders, processes payments.
• Knows seating layout and server areas to deliver food efficiently.
