P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. in California is seeking friendly servers to deliver exceptional hospitality in a scratch kitchen environment. No prior experience required; training is provided as part of our team.

You will guide guests through menus, take and serve orders, handle payments, and contribute to a welcoming dining experience. We offer competitive pay, tips, flexible schedules, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Have a current Food Handler’s Card or ability to obtain one where applicable.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, teamwork environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Understands the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and able to answer guest’s questions.
• Guides guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments.
• Understands restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant.
