Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring dine-in food and beverage servers (waitstaff/waiters) to join our core team. You will deliver an exceptional guest experience, guide guests through the menu, take orders, and process payments in a fast-paced dining environment.

We offer competitive pay ($5.49/hour + tips), flexible scheduling, paid on-the-job training, advancement opportunities from within, discounted meals, and benefits based on hours worked. Prior experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Understands the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and able to answer guest’s questions.
• Guides guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments.
• Understands restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant.
