Denny's is seeking a friendly Server to greet, seat and serve guests, take and deliver orders, and assist other team members to ensure total guest satisfaction. Respond to guest concerns promptly and courteously while upselling menu items and handling payments with accuracy.

Excellent English communication, reliability, teamwork, and a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends are essential to excel in this role and uphold Denny's brand standards.

Formación

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing.
• Must be able to pass all required tests and training requirements for the position.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Meets Denny's uniform and grooming standards and maintains them throughout the shift.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Possesses excellent guest service skills.
• Possesses basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply and divide)
• Must be dependable and able to learn basic tasks and follow instructions
• Places a value on diversity and shows respect for others

Responsabilidades

• Greet, seat and service guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Take and deliver orders, upsell, receive payments.
• Respond to and address guests concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
• Assist with seating, bussing, and maintaining dining room.
• Enter orders accurately on point of sale system.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area.
