Peachtree Group Hospitality Management is seeking a Restaurant Server at AC Hotel Dallas to deliver attentive, personalized service and uphold the brand’s European-inspired hospitality. You will greet guests, take orders, and ensure a seamless dining experience with a focus on guest satisfaction.

As a valued team member, you will collaborate with management and kitchen staff, maintain a clean dining area, and handle payment processing while ensuring compliance with all safety standards.

Qualifications

• Friendly, guest-focused demeanor and professional appearance.
• Ability to stand for long periods and carry trays.
• Prior restaurant/server experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide menu recommendations.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter into POS.
• Ensure orders are prepared and delivered correctly and promptly.
• Build rapport with guests and respond to requests proactively.
• Collaborate with managers, chefs, and bartenders to ensure smooth service.
• Verify orders with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accuracy.
• Present checks, process payments, and thank guests politely.
