AC Hotel Dallas is seeking a Bartender to craft beverages that complement its modern European-inspired atmosphere. You will prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, interact with guests, and tailor recommendations to individual tastes in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting.

Competenze

• Experience with bartending and beverage service preferred.
• Knowledge of cocktails, liquor, wine and beer service.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must meet local alcohol service certification requirements.

Mansioni

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar, lounge, and restaurant guests.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking beverage and food orders while providing attentive service.
• Assess guest preferences and make thoughtful recommendations based on individual tastes.
• Mix, garnish, and serve classic and specialty cocktails according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Create innovative drink offerings while maintaining consistency and presentation standards.
• Verify guest identification and ensure compliance with all applicable alcohol service laws and regulations.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and promote responsible beverage service.
• Restock and replenish bar supplies, liquor, beer, wine, garnishes, and other inventory as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area throughout service.
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver a seamless and memorable guest experience.
