Responsibilities

• Welcome guests as they enter.
• Greet guests upon arriving at the table and make them feel comfortable.
• Inform guests of specials and menu changes; be knowledgeable about meals and substitutions.
• Make recommendations you genuinely feel guests will enjoy.
• Take food and beverage orders; enter orders in the POS system promptly.
• Prepare coffee and tea when line or toast staff are unavailable.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
• Maintain clean service areas and monitor guests dining experience.
• Prepare final bill and process payments.
