Job summary

Keke's Breakfast Cafe in Mount Juliet, TN is seeking a Service Assistant to support breakfast kitchen and dining service. You’ll help ensure orders are prepared on time and delivered to guests with warmth and courtesy, while maintaining clean, organized service lines.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure orders are cooked efficiently so items for a table are ready simultaneously.
• Collaborate with servers to deliver warm, well-prepared food.
• Read tickets and prepare items according to recipes within time limits (8–10 minutes).
• Deliver food from kitchen to guests in a timely manner with servers.
• Perform side work at start and end of shifts to maintain operations.
• Prepare toast as needed based on business demands.
• Maintain clean and organized server line areas.
• Assist co-workers and adapt to situations as they arise.
• Monitor guests’ dining experiences and respond to requests promptly.
• Prepare coffee, decaf, and iced tea for service.
• Refill ice for servers’ coolers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout kitchen and service areas.
• Fill in as needed to support restaurant operations.
