Keke's Breakfast Cafe in Hendersonville, TN is seeking friendly team members to welcome guests, take orders, and deliver meals in a fast-paced breakfast setting. Hours typically run 7:00am–2:30pm, with opportunities to assist during busy periods and support fellow team members.

We value guest satisfaction, cleanliness, and accurate cash handling. Training on POS and menu substitutions will be provided to ensure a great guest experience.

Qualifications

• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
• Communicate clearly and effectively in the predominant language(s) of our guests.
• Must have exceptional grooming habits.
• Possess excellent basic math skills and have the ability to operate a cash register or POS system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests as they enter and greet them at the table.
• Take food and beverage orders and enter them in the POS system promptly.
• Prepare coffee and tea when needed and assist with toast.
• Deliver food and beverages from kitchen to guests in a timely manner.
• Maintain clean service areas and pre-bus/tidy tables after guests depart.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously; ensure guest satisfaction.
• Prepare final bill, process payment, and handle card transactions or cash if applicable.
• Assist coworkers during busy periods to ensure smooth operation.
