Job summary

Atlas Restaurant Group in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware is seeking a Server to deliver an uncompromising dining experience. You will answer questions about the menu, communicate orders with the kitchen, and remain guest-focused to maintain an exceptional experience.

Qualified candidates typically have 2+ years in a restaurant setting, strong customer service, and the flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Knowledge of wine and cocktails is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in restaurant industry.
• Basic knowledge of English is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions about the menu, sells restaurant’s food and drinks, and communicates orders with the kitchen.
• Stay guest focused and sustain an excellent guest experience.
• Keep all working stations clean, organized and properly stocked.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring charges are accurate and returning correct change to guest.
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
