Job summary

Atlas Restaurant Group is seeking a friendly Host at our Rehoboth Beach location to greet guests, manage wait lists, and assist with reservations. You will answer calls, coordinate to-go orders, and escort guests to tables while ensuring a welcoming first impression and smooth dining flow.

The role requires guest service experience in hospitality, ability to multitask, and flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. A food handler certification may be required.

Qualifications

• Guest service experience in hospitality preferred.
• Must have a valid form of identification.
• Food handler certification may be required depending on local regulations.
• Good reading and following of directives in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage the waiting list.
• Assist with reservations and guest information.
• Answer phones and fill to-go orders.
• Show guests to their table and bid farewell.
• Maintain a clean host stand and prepare menus for service.
• Monitor the flow and pace of dining service.
• Rotate seating to balance workload among servers.
