Job summary

Atlas Restaurant Group is seeking a friendly and capable Server for its Rehoboth Beach location. The role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and a strong guest experience in a fast-paced dining setting.

Responsibilities include answering menu questions, processing orders with the kitchen, and maintaining clean stations. A minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment and a HS diploma are required; knowledge of wine and cocktails is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in restaurant industry
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge and passion for tableside service, wine, and craft cocktails are a plus
• Meets state minimum age (18) to serve alcohol

Responsibilities

• Answer questions about the menu, sells restaurant’s food and drinks, and communicates orders with the kitchen
• Stay guest focused and sustain an excellent guest experience
• Possess strong food, and beverage knowledge
• Keep all working stations clean, organized and properly stocked
• Perform daily and weekly cleaning duties
• Handling cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring charges are accurate and returning correct change to guest
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
