Job summary

Reid Stores LLC is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences across shifts and maintain a clean, safe store environment. You’ll support sales and profitability while assisting customers with product information, enrollment in rewards, and upselling at checkout.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and adherence to company policies, with training provided and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 18+ years old minimum.
• Previous experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Proficient in math to handle cash transactions and shift reports.
• Ability to clearly assess and validate customer identification.
• Familiar with lottery, POS systems and related equipment.
• Tolerance of exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly, and courteous service to every customer.
• Prepare fresh food and made-to-order items following company recipes and standards.
• Promote My Crosby’s Rewards and assist customers with enrollment and offers.
• Suggest additional items at checkout to enhance customer experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Demonstrate company values: Honesty, Trust, Customer Focus, Teamwork, and Accountability.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and food safety standards.
• Balance and report register activity at end of each shift.
• Report any cash discrepancies over $5.00.
• Monitor inventory and prevent loss.
• Keep shelves, coolers, and displays stocked and priced.
