Reid Group is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer experiences while keeping a clean, safe store. You will support sales with friendly service and accurate cash handling, and follow policies to ensure smooth daily operations.

The role emphasizes teamwork, product knowledge, and community-facing responsibilities, including promoting loyalty programs and maintaining store appearance. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient in basic math to handle cash transactions and shift reports.
• Ability to clearly assess customer identification and operate POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly service to every customer.
• Prepare fresh food and made-to-order items following company recipes and standards.
• Promote My Crosby’s Rewards and assist customers with enrollment and offers.
• Suggest additional items at checkout to enhance customer experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Follow all company policies, dress code, and safety standards.
• Balance and report register activity at shift end, and handle refunds.
