Qualifications

• Proficient in basic math to handle cash transactions and shift reports.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Experience with POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly service to every customer.
• Prepare fresh food and made-to-order items following standards.
• Promote rewards programs and assist enrollment.
• Suggest additional items at checkout to enhance the experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and support operations.
• Balance and report register activity at the end of the shift.
• Follow cash handling procedures and report discrepancies.
