Job summary

Reid Group is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an outstanding customer experience while maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment. You will support sales and profitability goals and work with a close-knit team across daily operations and safety standards.

The role emphasizes friendly service, accuracy in cash handling, and assisting customers with promotions, recipe items, and store policies. Flexible shifts and a focus on community brand values are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Preferred age of 18 years or older.
• Previous experience, preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License, preferred.
• Proficient in basic math to handle cash transactions, shift reports and vendor check-ins.
• Ability to clearly assess and validate customer identification.
• Ability to understand operating instructions for lottery, point of sale systems, and other equipment.
• Tolerance of exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly service to every customer.
• Prepare fresh food and made-to-order items per recipes and standards.
• Promote My Crosby’s Rewards and assist enrollment.
• Suggest items at checkout to enhance experience.
• Communicate effectively with team and leadership.
• Follow all policies, procedures and safety standards.
• Balance and report register activity at shift end.
• Report cash discrepancies over $5.00.
• Monitor inventory and prevent loss.
• Maintain stocked, priced shelves and displays.
• Keep store clean and safe inside and out.
• Operate and maintain coffee, fountain drinks and other items.
