Job summary

Reid Stores LLC is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences across shifts while keeping the store clean, safe, and welcoming. You’ll support sales goals, handle transactions accurately, and promote rewards programs to customers.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliable performance, and adherence to company policies, with a shift differential for overnight hours. Prior retail or fuel-store experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 18 years or older required.
• Proficient in basic math for cash transactions and shift reports.
• Ability to operate lottery, point of sale (POS) systems, and other equipment.
• Tolerance of exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly, and courteous service to every customer.
• Prepare fresh food and made-to-order items following company recipes and standards.
• Promote My Crosby’s Rewards and assist customers with enrollment and offers.
• Balance and report register activity at the end of each shift.
• Follow all cash handling and store security procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment and ensure shelves are stocked.
