Job summary

Avion Hospitality is seeking a Room Service Runner to provide the highest quality service to guests by receiving and delivering orders, while upholding food safety and cleanliness standards throughout operating hours.

You will welcome guests, maintain a professional appearance, operate the POS system, perform opening and closing side work, and assist in the Cafe/Lobby Lounge during peak periods, ensuring timely, courteous service.

Responsibilities

• Provide highest quality service to guests while receiving and delivering orders.
• Maintain regular attendance per Avion Hospitality standards.
• Maintain proper uniform and name tag.
• Follow Avion Hospitality standards and regulations for safe operations.
• Perform opening and closing side work to ensure prompt service.
• Serve guests with food and beverage in a warm, friendly, professional manner.
• Keep room service and Cafe wait area clean and tidy.
• Follow POS procedures for cashiering and closing checks.
• Comply with state liquor laws.
• Assist in Cafe/Lobby Lounge during peak periods.
