Job summary

Avion Hospitality seeks a Complimentary Attendant to deliver premium guest service within the hotel’s complimentary food and beverage areas.

You will welcome guests, take and serve orders, maintain bar and dining areas, and support other team members as needed to ensure a smooth operation. A friendly attitude, strong guest relations skills, and ability to work a varied schedule are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must meet legal age to serve alcohol and pass TIPs where required.
• Must obtain Food Handlers card as required by jurisdiction.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service standards.
• Ability to perform basic numerical operations and read/write simple instructions.
• Excellent guest relations and etiquette skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality food and beverage service to guests in a warm, courteous manner.
• Maintain attendance and appearance per Avion Hospitality standards.
• Follow hotel brand standards and safety regulations.
• Greet and seat guests, assist with menu and beverage selections.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of service areas; perform side work.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and cashiering as needed.
• Respond to guest requests and special needs with diplomacy and responsiveness.
• Communicate guest VIP requests to relevant departments.
