Job summary

Loews Chicago O'Hare is seeking a detail-driven Room Attendant to create spotless, welcoming spaces for guests. You will be the heartbeat of the guest experience, delivering service that reflects Loews Hotels' commitment to comfort and quality.

The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to teamwork. Prior hotel cleaning experience and basic English are preferred, with flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Previous cleaning experience preferred.
• Experience in a hotel or resort environment is preferred.
• Basic English skills preferred.
• Physical ability to walk, stand, bend and lift.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms to Loews standards.
• Replace linens and amenities and report maintenance issues.
• Organize carts and linen closets, stock supplies.
• Report lost items and irregularities to supervisors.
• Attend departmental meetings and assist in related areas when needed.
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities and services.
