Job summary

Loews Chicago O'Hare is seeking a detail-driven Room Attendant to create spotless, welcoming spaces for our guests. You will be the heartbeat of the guest experience, delivering exceptional service that reflects Loews Hotels' commitment to comfort and quality.

You will replace linens, sanitize rooms, and report maintenance issues promptly while upholding safety and uniform standards. The role requires flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Previous hotel or cleaning experience preferred.
• Basic English skills preferred.
• Ability to walk, stand, reach and bend.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms to Loews Hotels' standards.
• Replace linens, amenities, and report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Organize cleaning carts and linen closets, ensuring supplies are stocked and used properly.
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities and services to guests.
• Attend departmental meetings and assist in related areas when needed.
