Job summary

Fleet Farm is seeking a Sales Team Member in the United States to deliver friendly, best-in-class service and keep the sales floor organized and stocked. You will greet customers, assist with price changes, and help with transactions when needed.

Responsibilities include stocking and cleaning tasks, merchandise resets, and promoting Fleet Rewards. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide best in class service.
• Keep endcaps, side merchandise, and sale items stocked.
• Maintain sales floor readiness with clean shelves, displays, and kick plates.
• Assist with in-store price changes, including regular and sale prices.
• Perform nightly recovery of departments through fronting and cleaning.
• Assist with operating cash register if needed.
• Assist merchandise resets and visual display maintenance, and coordinate freight flow.
• Promote Fleet Rewards credit card and Loyalty Program to customers.
