Job summary

HHM Hospitality is seeking a Restaurant Server to deliver courteous dining experiences in our South Jordan, Utah restaurant. You will take orders, input them into the POS system, and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate service.

The role offers opportunities for growth within the service team, requires standing for extended periods and occasional lifting, and emphasizes guest satisfaction, safety, and adherence to our EarthView sustainability guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous food and beverage experience required or equivalent training.
• Knowledge of POS systems.
• TIPS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders and input into the POS system.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Set and clear tables in dining areas.
• Stock service stations with items such as ice, napkins, or straws.
• Prepare guest checks and complete payment transactions as needed.
• Perform other food and beverage functions such as bartending and bussing during peak periods.
