Embassy Suites by Hilton South Jordan Salt Lake City is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Server to provide courteous service to guests and assist in maintaining brand standards. You will take orders, handle payments, and support dining operations across shifts.

The role supports a dynamic hotel dining team with opportunities to grow into supervision and management tracks while adhering to EarthView sustainability guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous food and beverage experience required or equivalent training.
• Knowledge of POS systems.
• TIPS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders and enter them in the POS.
• Ensure guest satisfaction.
• Set and clear tables in dining areas.
• Stock service stations with items such as ice, napkins, or straws.
• Prepare guest checks and complete payment transactions.
• Assist with bartending and bussing during peak periods.
• Follow EarthView sustainability guidelines.
