HHM Hospitality is seeking a Restaurant Server to serve food and beverages to guests courteously and in accordance with established standards. The position offers a growth path to roles such as Restaurant Supervisor, Restaurant Manager, and Banquet Manager.

Responsibilities include taking orders, ensuring guest satisfaction, and stocking service stations. Candidates should have previous food and beverage experience and a high school diploma is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous food and beverage experience required or equivalent training.
• Knowledge of POS systems.
• TIPS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverage to guests courteously.
• Take food and beverage orders and place in POS system.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Set and clear tables in dining areas.
• Stock service stations.
• Prepare guest checks and complete transactions.
• Perform other food and beverage functions.
• Work toward increasing guest satisfaction.
