Sonesta International Hotels is seeking a Public Area Attendant to clean and service designated public areas across our properties in accordance with quality standards. The role focuses on floors, furniture, mirrors, and restrooms, with responsibilities to report repairs and respond to guest requests to ensure satisfaction.

Teamwork with other departments and potential involvement in deep cleaning projects are part of the position.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned public areas according to established standards and procedures.
• Strip and wax floors, clean and polish furniture, railings, tables, mirrors in assigned areas.
• Report to supervisor about repairs or unsafe conditions.
• Respond to guest requests and ensure corrective action for guest satisfaction.
• Monitor supplies, minimize waste, and log lost and found items.
