Sonesta International Hotels Corporation is seeking a House Attendant to support housekeeping and hotel operations. You will help maintain public areas, assist housekeeping teams, and ensure the property stays clean and guest-ready.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Strong focus on cleanliness, organization, and guest readiness.

Responsabilités

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards across public spaces such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and guest-facing areas.
• Deliver linens, towels, amenities, and supplies to various hotel areas.
• Assist Room Attendants and leadership with cleaning projects and room readiness.
• Remove trash and debris from guest and operational spaces during shifts.
• Keep housekeeping closets and carts clean and organized.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and hotel operations needs.
• Report safety hazards and maintenance issues to leadership.
• Follow sanitation procedures and hotel safety policies.
• Support VIP arrivals, group events, and special projects as needed.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, Front Office, Engineering, Laundry, and Operations teams.
