Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels is seeking a Room Attendant to clean guest rooms and public spaces, ensuring guest satisfaction per Sonesta G.U.E.S.T. standards. The role may include laundry duties and maintaining supplies while minimizing waste and promoting teamwork across shifts.

Willingness to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior housekeeping experience is preferred; fluency in English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to speak, read, and write fluent English is preferred; other languages beneficial.
• Regular standing, bending, climbing, kneeling, and moving about the facility.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms and public spaces per brand standards.
• Respond to guest requests and ensure corrective action for satisfaction.
• Operate laundry tasks and handle linen as needed.
• Notify supervisor when service is completed so rooms may be sold or occupied.
• Promote teamwork and coordinate with shifts to ensure safety and quality.
