Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a part-time Lane Server to engage guests, take and deliver orders, and provide exceptional service in a lively entertainment environment. You will learn the menu, promotions, and specials, relay information to guests, and upsell the center experience.

Candidates should have 2 years of related experience or a high school diploma (optional) and be at least 19 years old to serve alcohol where required.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills are required.
• Commitment to great guest service is essential.
• 2 years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders.
• Learn our menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to our guests.
• Check back with guests routinely.
• Assist guests with questions, requests, and issue resolution.
• Help keep the center clean.
• Set up, stock, and organize your assigned work area.
• Recommend/upsell the center experience.
