Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience in hospitality or similar industry.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of Front Office operations, delivering high levels of guest service.
• Assist guests during check-in and throughout their stay, ensuring smooth operations.
• Coordinate with hotel departments and supervise desk staff to maintain service levels and grooming standards.
• Review arrivals/departures, handle special requests, and manage billing accuracy.
• Ensure shifts are covered, uphold safety procedures, and monitor payroll/expenses.
