Job summary

Asbury, Roswell, GA, is hiring a Body Shop Receptionist to provide essential administrative support to body shop operations. You will greet customers, direct them to the right resources, answer calls, manage payments, and help open/close repair orders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be an effective communicator.
• Must be team oriented and comfortable in an open office setting.
• Must have a strong attention to detail.
• Must be able to operate in a fast paced environment.
• Must be at least eighteen years of age.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (background and drug test).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive in a pleasant and professional manner.
• Direct customers to resources that best meet their needs.
• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
• Screen calls and obtain information for follow-up.
• Receipt and record payments from customers; reconcile cash drawer daily.
• Open/close repair orders and file repair orders as needed.
• Maintain customer satisfaction at or above company standards.
