Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with enthusiasm and hospitality
• Engage with guests to identify preferences and make recommendations
• Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders into the POS system
• Prepare coffee beverages, specialty drinks, and food items using equipment
• Perform opening, running, and closing side duties
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and stocked
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and respond quickly
• Process payments and present checks promptly
• Collaborate with teammates and support others as needed
• Assist in food running and carry multiple plates
• Thank guests and invite return visits
