Responsibilities

• Provides incredible Guest Service by developing personal relationships with guests.
• Practices active listening and connection to guests.
• Makes enthusiastic and knowledgeable beverage recommendations.
• Crafts beverages to Caribou standard.
• Heats, prepares, and serves food offerings to standard procedures.
• Takes guest orders and manages cash with proper handling.
