Job summary

Caribou Coffee is seeking a Team Member in Maple Grove, MN to deliver world-class beverages and outstanding guest service while living the Company Purpose and Values. You will help create day-making experiences for guests by using product knowledge and hospitality, and by supporting a collaborative team environment.

You will craft beverages to Caribou standards, assist with food service, and participate in a clean, organized store operation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provides incredible Guest Service by developing personal relationships with guests and by listening and connecting.
• Hand-crafts beverages to order per Caribou SOPs and supports food preparation.
• Floats between barista and guest service and fulfills team member roles as needed.
• Takes guest orders and manages cash drawer following policies.
