Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist guests efficiently, courteously and professionally at all times.
• Maintain a high level of service and hospitality throughout shifts.
• Promptly and effectively manage guest concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Post guest charges and collect payments following cash handling procedures.
• Handle guest mail and messages with privacy and professionalism.
• Be knowledgeable of hotel brand programs and promotions.
• Communicate clearly with departments and management about guest feedback.
• Respond quickly to calls, lobby visitors and team members needing front desk assistance.
