Job summary

Concord Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk & Guest Care associate for StudioRes by Marriott in Fort Myers, FL. This hands-on role supports public areas and laundry while covering the front desk, keeping guest interactions at the core of the experience.

Front Desk & Guest Care - StudioRes by Marriott

We are looking for people that have a passion for excellent customer care! This position is extremely hands on, providing public area cleaning and laundry support while covering the front desk.

Lightspeed experience desirable but not required.

Working at the Front Desk means you are THE hub of hotel activity and manage more guest interactions than any other member of the staff. Your role is key to the overall quality of a guest's stay. Your keen sense of being proactive, responsive and caring literally will define the Guest Experience.
