Job summary

Two River Theater is seeking a Company Manager to support Artist Care initiatives in collaboration with the Producing team, handling guest artist logistics and related contracts for each production. The role sits within Production Management and Artist Care and reports to the Associate Production Manager, Artist Care.

Working hours align with rehearsal and performance schedules, with standard weekday hours when not in production.

Qualifications

• At least three years of professional experience in company, production, or stage management.
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment, with tact, grace and discretion in stressful or sensitive situations.
• Excellent writing and oral communication skills.
• Must have a clean driving record and maintain a valid driver’s license; ability to drive company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for guest artists.
• Coordinate travel and housing for guest artists and staff.
• Onboard, monitor, and respond to housing needs and access control.
• Track expenses and submit receipts for housing, streaming services, internet, and utilities.
• Assist with contracts for actors, designers, creatives, and other show-related artists.
• Assist with artist onboarding, payroll, administering paychecks, and union reporting.
• Support production team logistics and staffing coordination.
