Ulta Beauty is seeking a Product Manager – Guest AI to own the strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for guest-facing AI initiatives across on-site and off-site experiences. This role leads a portfolio of initiatives and collaborates with Engineering, Data Science, UX, Marketing, Guest Services, and Digital Product teams to translate strategy into executable work.

You will drive AI capabilities that improve discovery, personalization, and commerce, and you will own the Product Feeds Strategy

Qualifications

• Experience delivering guest- or customer-facing digital products.
• Ability to lead through influence in a matrixed organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with cloud data and AI platforms.
• Retail/ecommerce digital experience preferred.
• Excellent communication with senior leadership.

Responsabilités

• Define and own the Guest AI vision, strategy, and multi-phase roadmap.
• Drive AI capabilities across on-site and off-site guest touchpoints.
• Lead guest-facing AI initiatives to expand discovery, personalization, and commerce.
• Own Product Feeds Strategy for product data powering AI experiences.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to scaling.
• Partner with Engineering, Data Science, UX, Marketing, Guest Services, and Digital Product teams.
• Socialize roadmap and outcomes with senior leadership.
