• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Willing to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 44 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring, and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments.
• Greet guests and assist with needs to ensure smooth shopping experiences.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and accurately using scanners.
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area and restock supplies as needed.
• Support guest services such as order pick up and drive-up services with diligence.
