Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member to support guest experiences in-store. You will interact with guests, help them find items, answer questions, and process transactions with care.

The role requires you to stay flexible, pick up shifts, and participate in Welcome orientation and short training. As an On-Demand TM, you’ll create your own schedule using the myTime app, while ensuring attendance and commitment to at least one shift every five months.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with guests and fellow team members in a friendly, helpful manner.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfort with multi-tasking in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with finding products or resolving issues.
• Scan and bag items efficiently, following safety standards.
• Explain benefits, loyalty programs, and enrollment steps to guests.
• Support order pickup, drive-up, and registry guests with accuracy and courtesy.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist teammates as needed.
