Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member (TM) to support guests and perform essential store duties in a fast-paced environment. You can work as much or as little as you like, with shifts posted by leaders or other team members and chosen through the myTime app.

Reliability and attendance are important, and you will attend a Welcome orientation to start. As an On-Demand TM, you’ll be responsible for greeting guests, helping with inquiries, processing transactions, and promoting Target services.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced retail or guest-facing roles is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and assist customers efficiently.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly guest service and uphold Target’s service standards.
• Assist guests and colleagues with inquiries and product availability.
• Operate cash registers and help with checkout tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and stock as needed.
• Promote Target Loyalty programs and digital tools to guests.
