Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member (TM) to empower flexible scheduling by selecting shifts through the myTime mobile app. The role emphasizes guest advocacy, friendly service, and helping guests navigate store services such as order pick up, drive-up, and loyalty programs.

As an On-Demand TM, you will not be on the posted weekly schedule and must be responsive to shift postings and leadership requests. Training is provided to prepare you for success in serving guests.

Responsibilities
