Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member (TM) to support guest services with flexible shifts. You can work as much or as little as you like, choosing shifts posted by leaders or teammates via the myTime mobile scheduling app.

Reliability and attendance are essential, and you may be asked to commit to a minimum shift cadence to help our stores run smoothly. You’ll attend a Welcome orientation and participate in a short-term training schedule to prepare for your role.
